Greenwich Council grants outline planning permission

Greenwich Council has granted outline planning permission to developer Berkeley's 3,700- home revised masterplan for Royal Arsenal in Woolwich, south-east London. The revision has increased the number of planned homes by 1,200. More than 1,000 of the homes have already been built.
