Mansfield council pulls together ideas in strategy document

Central Mansfield could be regenerated through a scheme to provide more shops, office space and transport links. Mansfield District Council has pulled together ideas in a strategy document called Creating a City Centre for Mansfield, although there are no plans to apply for city status.
