Spreading the Joy Rock legend helps celebrate Rochdale's music legacy

Former Joy Division and New Order bassist Peter Hook has unveiled two plaques celebrating Rochdale's musical heritage, as part of an ongoing regeneration programme of the Greater Manchester borough.
