Plans to build 1,800 homes as part of a mixed-use scheme on the site of the New Covent Garden Market in Vauxhall, London, have been unveiled. The Garden proposals for the Nine Elms site also include creating a fresh produce market alongside a new flower market, and building shops and commercial space.
