Young citizens and yout engagement minister appointed

Dawn Butler, Labour MP for Brent South, has been appointed as minister for young citizens and youth engagement. Based in the Cabinet Office, she will work with other departments to boost young people's participation in community and political life, and to promote citizenship among disadvantaged young people.
