Planning document published by Department for Transport

A national planning document intended to make it easier for those wishing to invest in port developments has been published by the Department for Transport. New quango the Infrastructure Planning Commission will determine planning cases in accordance with the national policy statement once it is ratified. The statement is available via www.regen.net/doc
