David Orr chosen for task force

Shadow housing minister Grant Shapps has chosen David Orr, the chief executive of housing association umbrella body the National Housing Federation, to lead a task force examining ways to boost social housing mobility. The task force will include representatives from local government, the arm's-length management organisation sector and tenant groups.
