Sunand Prasad to chair a review panel

Former Royal Institute of British Architects' president Sunand Prasad will chair a review panel providing advice on design quality for the Government's proposed eco-towns. The Government's design watchdog, the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment, has set up the panel, which also includes Cabe commissioner Richard Cass as vice-chair.
