Appointment at South-West's new transport and infrastructure board

Torbay mayor Nick Bye has become joint chair of the South-West's new transport and infrastructure board with Nick Buckland. Bristol City Council leader Barbara Janke will chair the region's housing and regeneration board and Ian Ducat, a South-West Regional Development Agency board member, will be vice-chair. The boards were established after the South-West Regional Assembly was wound up earlier this year.
