Neptune Developments selects Bowmer & Kirkland

Construction firm Bowmer & Kirkland has been selected by Neptune Developments as the preferred contractor for the second phase of the redevelopment of the New Brighton resort in the Wirral. Plans include a new cinema, hotel, supermarket and a watersports training centre, as well as improved public transport links.
