Outline planning permission granted

Plans for a mixed-use regeneration scheme on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent have been granted outline planning consent by Swale Borough Council. The proposed scheme at Queenborough and Rushenden includes plans for 2,000 homes alongside healthcare and education facilities, a marina and new public open spaces.
