Elgin businesses to set up improvement district

Businesses in Elgin in Morayshire are setting up a business improvement district to improve the town centre's public realm. The Bid, Scotland's eighth, will undertake activities such as tourism and marketing projects and improve traffic management and cleanliness in the business area.
