Healey launches national crackdown

Housing minister John Healey has launched a national crackdown on housing association tenants who fraudulently sub-let their homes. He said the initiative could free up 10,000 homes for people on council waiting lists, and added that he wants to ensure that people feel the system for allocating social homes is fair.
