First Base appoints Mansell for construction scheme

Construction firm Mansell has been appointed by developer First Base to construct 119 homes and commercial space at the Highbury Gardens scheme in Islington, London. The plans include 62 homes for key workers. First Base said construction work will start immediately and that it expects the project to be completed in summer 2011.
