Countryside Properties to develop part of Gravesend project

Developer Countryside Properties is to develop part of the second phase of the Christian Fields regeneration project in Gravesend, Kent, for housing association Moat. The contract covers 94 homes - a major part of the second phase that includes plans for almost 160 new homes for rent, shared ownership and private sale.
