Developer Regenter appointed

Developer Regenter, a joint venture between John Laing and Pinnacle Regeneration Group, has been appointed as the development partner for the London Borough of Lambeth's regeneration of the Myatts Field North estate. The five-year programme is intended to include the construction of 800 homes, the refurbishment of 172 homes and a new community centre.
