Speaker’ Presentations: £199 (For non conference attendees)
Speakers’ presentations are included in all delegate fees and will be accessible online a week after the event, subject to speaker disclosure. Presentations will not be supplied in printed format.

Group Discount
We recognise the value of learning in teams and encourage group attendance.
Every 3rd delegate from a company group booking will receive a 50% discount.
Group discounts cannot be used in conjunction with the early bird rates or any other promotional offer.

Charity Discount
Lower rates are available to registered charities. Please enquire at events@haymarket.com for details.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations on or before 28 May 2015 are subject to a handling fee of £99 per delegate.
Cancellations received after 28 May 2015 are subject to the full fee that is payable for the conference.

Speaker Confirmations And Changes
Please note that changes may be made to the agenda and speaker line-up in response to changes from government and within the market. Although we endeavour to find suitable replacements of a similar calibre, at this time we cannot guarantee any specific case studies, speakers or sessions. Updates will be regularly posted on www.placemakingsummit.com .

Accommodation
